Since 2012, H+K Thailand has been managing retainer client Microsoft Thailand’s News Center and official Twitter account. Recognizing the impact digital platforms have in storytelling, H+K worked in partnership with Microsoft Thailand and its regional counterpart to set up an official Twitter account, @MicrosoftTH, and Microsoft’s owned digital platform, the Microsoft Thailand News Center.
Once formally established, H+K developed an influencer and content creation plan to achieve multiple objectives: to attract and grow traffic and followers; to maintain a robust and up-to-date presence in the digital sphere; and to drive conversations with key influencers that will influence and shape brand perception.
For each announcement and key pieces of media coverage, H+K works closely with Microsoft Thailand and Microsoft Asia to amplify its storytelling on both local and regional digital channels ranging from official Facebook Pages, Yammer (Microsoft’s social network), Twitter (@MicrosoftASIA), the Microsoft Asia News Center, and Thailand’s very own News Center.
@MicrosoftTH has garnered more than 6,700 followers with an average of 4.9 million impressions per month. Its following continues to grow at an average rate of approximately 7% per quarter, while the Microsoft Thailand News Center remains a key digital source of information on the latest announcements and media coverage.
To this day, H+K continues to manage @MicrosoftTH and the News Center with robust content creation and amplification and influencer engagement.
